Who are AX and URIZ?
Welcome to AX & URIZ’s create nook, which we like to call, TragicRealms.com, where we enjoy sharing our passion for both the visual and written arts. 🌚
Here’s a little bit about URIZ:
I am a low brow post impressionist, who’s been classically trained where I was born raised, in New York City.
I can remember tracing cartoons and illustrations from fairytales since I could hold a pencil and by the time I was 7 I was creating homemade leaflets filled with collective imagery from fantasy and daydream. At 14 years old I was accepted into New York City's renowned specialised high school for Music & Art , known as LaGuardia High (otherwise known as FAME). I was formally trained in classical techniques that spanned art forms of all types, including illustration, watercolour, oil, acrylic, printmaking, 3D design, ceramics, printmaking, and sculpture.
At the moment I’m currently focusing om traditional oil painting techniques and low brows themes.
